The safe play is 15/9 6/4. It looks a little ugly, and White's board has a gap on a high point, but I don't think that's enough reason to pay now, even with indirect shots. Hitting doesn't seem to accomplish much since we don't care about winning a gammon and it may just allow White to establish a better defense. I'd play safe.
