I think White should take the cube at this lopsided score. At 5away/9away the player on roll is supposed to double much later, and the player off roll is supposed to take cubes he wouldn't think about to take at normal scores.

I'm not sure about the proper cube action for the player on roll. At a normal score it would probably be a cash double (double/pass). But at 5away/9away I tend to be cautious. Therefore, I guess: No Double/Take. White will have to accept the cube, even if Blue manages to improve his position even more.
