What's your game plan is definitely a very good choice, and definitely primarily targets the stronger players. Another one I like is "new ideas in backgammon", where most results and the analysis is accurate in spite of it being almost 20 years old.

Classic backgammon revisited and Marty Storer's books on Malcolm Davis matches perhaps target a wider range of players than just advanced players, but are also very good.

Gammonvillage have quite many advanced articles.
