i like how you mention "worse" when i say something, LOL At least your paying close attention. ;-)

If you seeded the worst players, isnt that like seeding the best?, because now there is no chance if i'm seeded i'm going to get a easy draw.

that's a chicken or the egg type of thing.

on a more serious note, seeding is bad for more people than its good for in the big picture.
