New Paper on Opening Replies

I would have left off the bizarre and almost never occurring opening rolls of 32Z and 43U for sure. In fact, I wouldn't lose any sleep omitting 62R or 62$. I can not remember one instance of an opponent ever playing one of the former in any tournament situation. The latter two a pure rarity at best. No need to speak up those of you who see these played. I'm sure it exists somewhere but so does 52$ or 65S.
We've had the question of who owns a match if it's recorded, the players or is it public record and the question of publishing positions from a book come up. I'm wondering with something like this is it theoretically completely kosher or could GV or the author of the influence (that's me) make a stink about it and be justified? I don't care and I can't speak for GV but I'm sure they don't give a shit either, but wondered about it 'in theory'.
