Common sense simply tells me that it must be a double. We have 2-2,3-3,4-4,5-5,6-6,6-4,6-5 & 5-4 that give us an instant win or leave our opponent needing 5-5 or 6-6 on his last roll. That's a lot of good rolls for blue. We're passing a dead cube. At 6a 7a I'm happy to put the match on the line here. As a general rule if we're ahead in the pip count and we have more or the same number of checkers off it's a good double, I don't see any exception here.

Kazaross MET puts us at 84% if opponent passes and we go to 2a 7a. I am fairly sure white has a take though, I would definitely take this. I have to be honest I'm doing this by feel, I had a similar reference situation a while ago which I rolled out and was a clear take.
