I started with the assumption that a money take at this point was near a dead cube so close to 25%. I use the rule of thumb that when you have a three checker vs three checker end game and the doubler's pip count is 11 or 12 pips, the minimum needed to take is an equal pip count. Therefore, if the takers had 12 pips their winning chances would be close to 25%. As they had three pips over I estimated a 2% decrease per pip and arrived at around 19%. That's using stuff I learned from you in a different context, but, as with my estimation of the take point (as Stick pointed out) I'm guessing I've misapplied it if nobody else got it.
