The positions are remarkably similar. We have a pip lead, they have greater flexibility with their spares. If we try to run and they hit us, they will be very close to a recube. On the other hand, we can turn this into a holding game.

Pf's hold the cube at 2. IF they redouble and win a gammon, they take the match. Kill their gammon chances by making the 21 pt.
