This position is somewhat tricky in my opinion. There are a lot of various possibilities that focus on respectively different game plans.

  • 22/21 13/8
  • 22/21 6/1
  • 22/16
  • 21/16 6/5
  • others...?

Running with 22/16 is the loosest play; 22/16 6/1, however, is the safest play. The correct move might probably lie between the two said plays. I would like to reject those plays which don't build an anchor. Compared with 22/21 6/1, 22/21 13/8 looks more constructive and more thematic with regard to the pip count. It is both a safe and running play.
