Actually, that is why I was asking the question. The article that Jeremy based what I would call the meat and potatoes of his work on is on a pay site. They pay me to write for them.

To be clear, (I thought I was already but since you said it maybe I wasn't clear) I'm not complaining about anything. I have no issue with Jeremy's work and think it's great and hope many many people find it useful. I did wonder at the time though about the theoretical legality of it all.

I don't hand out my articles written for Gammonvillage to students of mine unless they're a member of GV. Essentially by someone else writing a piece of work that includes almost everything from a GV article and either making it free or profiting from it oneself it would seem to circumvent what GV paid me to do.
