Gammon rate in $ Games?

Yes, Bob -- I was just asking the simpler question about what % of games in heads-up $ play actually wind up being Gammons/BG's. It sounds like you're talking about the 'cubeless' gammon rate? I'm asking about the gammon rate in'cubeful' $ game play with the Jacoby rule in effect. This isn't what people "usually" seem to be interested in, but it's what I'm curious about -- how much my experience of the game conforms to general expectations.
