I'd probable run a backman with an 8 or 10, but nine is blocked by the midpoint. I think we want to keep the midpoint for outfield coverage, so that leaves 8/2 8/5. Not the most inspiring play but with a decent pip lead it looks like a good idea. Anyway, a three prime isn't worth much when the opponent is anchored on the edge so I'm not too unhappy about breaking the eight.
