New Paper on Opening Replies

This is a nice piece of work. I will say, however, that for someone like me who knows most (but not quite 100%) of the opening replies, and doesn't intend to use FlashBack, the paper is of very little use because it doesn't include all the exceptions. IMO the paper would be much more useful if you included one extra appendix with a list of the 26 exceptions.

Of course, if the paper is primarily intended as an ad for FlashBack then maybe I'm missing the point.
