If white rolls a 6 next roll or the roll after it's a different game... Most doubles either crunch or put him in a race from behind except 6's which are blocked.

Face an 11/36 shot now

or wait a roll and see if white rolls a 6 or some kind of doubles and makes life a little less unpleasant in trade for a coin toss

or if he doesn't roll a 6 but not 66 (which we block) or double 3,4,5's next roll ... then we roll our bad 6-10 times but the other 26 times it's either a joker or we can punt...

then if we haven't faced a coin toss 10/36 times then he has the chance to roll another 6 before we have to man up again and roll the dice.

I think this is a clear pay later but as always I reserve the right to be completely wrong :)
