I can offer a 5cent opinion (Canada doesn't produce pennies anymore). My best guess is that whoever created the website used something else as a template. I happened to see that in this cached page the same text appears and is related to another Twitch account. I'm pretty sure the text shouldn't appear (obviously) but it seems to be harmless. If someone just used a template without looking through it they might not have been aware of the peculiar entries.
