Double Aces - Whose 4pt?

I hate choices...

White hasn't split from the back and wants to hit with a checker off the 19.

Score gives me no incentive to be crazy.

I can:

Anchor on the 21 and make the bar - makes the opponents game plan - escape, block 6's, or slot the 21

make the 4 point

anchor on the 22 - kills the blitz - kills the prime - leaves only the race and he hasn't split from the 24.

make the 4 point - stronger home board - but what does it do for me or to my opponent?

or go crazy 8/7(2), 6/5, 22/21 - what could possibly go wrong?

I think the game plan is to take the advanced anchor and leave white with a struggling game. This one is likely to be score sensitive. looking forward to the answer. :) Over the board 9 times out of 10 I probably make the 4 point without thinking because everyone know you have to play doubles twice as fast.
