I transcribe directly as I play into NJ Gammon.

Major drawback is that it is a mental drain, which does affect you (or rather, you need further mental stamina), also, my fingers get sore after a while - tapping on the screen constantly isn't fun.

However, it does mean that upon completion of the match, I email the file to myself, and import straight to XG, and then analysis is immediately available.
