After playing the correct 7/1x, your previous RO clearly dismissed 7/5 so I can see why Petter didn't bother burning electricity for it here.

The problem with 7/5 is that it basically gives up on the quick re-priming options after being hit. Re-priming is probably why any outfield play after 7/1x is better than 7/5.
