Break anchor in a mutual holding game?

Because of White's blot on the 24-point, it is appealing to run by breaking the anchor (22/14). White won't be able to hit and cover her blots at the same time. Therefore, Blue will have a chance of rehitting. On the other hand the pip count is exactly even after Blue's play. This indicates that Blue is still back in the race by a small margin. 13/7 13/11 and 13/5 are wait-and-see moves compared to 22/14. Does the match score influence Blue's decision, and if so how? Blue leads 3away-7away; that is quite an asymmetric score. For this reason, I think Blue is supposed to play more carefully, and to maintain his anchor. Both 13/7 13/11 and 13/5 duplicate White's 7's resp. 9's. But 13/7 13/11 seem to be more sensible since it doesn't stack an additional checker on the 5-point. The checker distribution looks nicer.
In an unlimited match (money game) the decision is even more difficult. I would probably choose 13/7 13/11 as well. But I am less certain than at 3away-7away.
