I see this as far less satisfactory than Koca's method for a number of reasons.
1. As Bob and Michael implied, the security of the system relies on the security of the RNG, not on the difficulty of factoring. (In any case, 24-digit numbers are easily factorable on a smartphone.)
2. Even if you do pick an RNG that is secure against all known attacks, the players are still being asked to trust that the RNG is secure. This means trusting the experts rather than trusting my own ability to control the security of things that I personally understand.
3. Your data entry protocol has the following potential vulnerability: I somehow peek at your prime before I enter my prime, and quickly and secretly run an app that finds a companion prime that will ensure that the first few generated numbers will be in my favor.
These kinds of loopholes are not present in Bob's protocol. Hopefully, the above analysis will increase people's appreciation of some of the subtle strengths of Bob's protocol that may not be evident to a casual observer.
