Illegal moves?

I'm watching Antoinette Williams vs Karen Davis 7 pt match in MC. Karen had a 23 to play, from the bar she pointed on her own 2 pt blot and put it on the bar. No reaction from Antoinette. Any comments? It's in the last game, score 5:5, cube to 2.
