Seret's pipple count shows that White's EPC is ~6 pips higher than Blue's (OTB, I get ~ 52.2 to 58.2). White has something close to a pips position while Blue has something kind of close to a nearly no miss position, so the underdogs point of last take should be governed by the leader's rolls minus 3 rule. An EPC of 52.2 is about a 7.3 rolls position (using 7n+1) so White's POLT would be when trailing by 4.3 pips. He's actually down by 6 effective pips, so it's a pass.
