Bear off cube action

I did switch colors in that sentence.

It is true that Blue's position is closer to a pips position than White's is a nearly no miss. A pips pos with 11 checkers left and a pc of 41 would usually have about 6.5 pips of wastage for an EPC of 47.5. A rolls position with 13 checkers left would have an EPC of 50, so White is about 3.5 pips further away from a rolls pos than Blue is from a pips. Does this mean that the leaders rolls minus 3 rule should be adjusted? Could be. Maybe the POLT should be leaders rolls minus 2 or 2.5?
