B/23 13/9

B/23 is forced. Then we have 3 4s. 8/4 seems way too loose without an anchor, and even if we get through the next roll unharmed, we will have limited covers.

24/20 moves up to where the Dillies would be happy to hit us and especially point on us, but tries to make a good point and threatens the Dillies blots. This ought to be a lot better than 8/4.

13/9 stays in a safe place where it is more difficult for the Dillies to attack profitably. It also adds another builder, but adds another blot to the blot count. Again, this out to be a lot better than 8/4.

I was planning to conclude after the write-up that 13/9 was clear, but from the arguments it seems that a case could be made for 24/20. In any case, let me go with my instinct, 13/9. Staying out of harm's way should be the overriding consideration here.
