After bar/23 I don't think we should play 24/20 giving white 1,3,5 and 4,6 to attack us.

Of course there is some duplication white the 3's and 5's but it gives white a lot of options.

It is better to be as 'safe as possible' with 13/9 which is also a good builder for our 4-point.
