In Response To: Study Framework for 3rd Roll (Terje Pedersen)

I review my errors in matches post play but find that unless I am identifying and correcting an error in thinking (which there are still plenty of) that I don't get a lot of productive results from random position quizing.

The last time I worked through 2nd Roll positions I gained a better understanding of the game when I was able to compare and contrast the different plays.

In a similar manner I would expect that there are whole classes of 3rd move plays that would give me a deeper understanding of the game.

I have found that organizing 2nd roll replies by P, $, S, U,D,Z at $/GG/GS and noting exceptions makes them more understandable and thinking about the exceptions helpful.

I haven't found the 3rd roll replies laid out in any fashion that is easily consumable as of yet.

I will probably make myself a set of charts.
