Hi Neil,

The fifth and sixth tournaments will be held on 24-25 October and 5-6 December this year where we are looking to extend the tournament size to 24 players. Dates for 2016 are yet to be fixed but great care will be taken to avoid clashing with major tournaments in Europe and other tournaments in the UK.

The schedule can be found on the UKBGF calendar page of their website.

It would be a great pleasure for international players to attend our tournaments, both from the perspective of the UK players and the tournament staff.

It would be great if BMAB tournaments would take off in the USA as they have done to a significant extent already in Austria, Iran and the UK, and soon in Japan and the Czech Republic. Participants almost without exception enjoy the formats and venues used and return again and again. The prestigious Live XG Masters Tournament in Denmark, currently at the quarterfinals stage, will have all its results sent to BMAB for inclusion in the database.

I understand that the possibilities of running a pilot BMAB tournament in the USA, perhaps in the Midwest, are being explored.
