Thank you, Tim, for alerting me to this puzzle by e-mail.

You might want to check me on this, but I think the (initial) position below works. The pip total is 13 + 12 = 25.

Both players (double)/redouble every turn and roll 21. The game ends with Blue owning the cube on 64.
