In Response To: What's the cube action after your play? (Timothy Chow)

Here are some facts that make this position very interesting IMO. According to the computer:

1. The DMP play is 8/2* 6/1.

2. The ATS play is 8/3 8/2*. The cube action after 8/3 8/2* is D/T. The cube action after the alternative play 8/2* 6/1 is ND/T. If Blue already owned the cube on 4 then the two plays would be very close.

3. The money-game play is also 8/3 8/2*. But for money, the cube action after 8/3 8/2* is ND/T, and the cube action after 8/2* 6/1 is D/T.
