Monte Carlo Money Action

There was a very large money side game in Monte Carlo and this position came up. The two players disagreed on the proper cube action, made a bet on it and propped it. They played it 20 times as a prop and the player who was on the wrong side of the bet won a lot of money....they asked me to put it in XG to settle the bet on what was the proper cube action. I told them what I thought, and I was right but I admitted I wasn't completely sure, and then put it in XG.

What do you think is the proper cube action? Blue on roll, cube action?
