I am excited, nervous and ecstatic to announce that I received the following email from a Mr. Kostadinov this morning.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your e-mail and invite!

I would love to play you on GG. How about tonight at 8 PM ET?

What better way could there be to promote backgammon than a a featured match like this? Not sure, but I am guessing we will play 9pt matches. How many matches? Not sure, but I would bet that we will probably play until one or both of us quit.

For those of you who may not know, Petko is probably one of the top 20 players in South Carolina. He is also a great guy. Whatever plans you had — wedding, party, dinner, movie, vacation — you should definitely cancel them so that you can watch us on GridGammon.

Only eight hours now until the big event! Our nicknames are bulgari and peever.
