Making the 9pt looked too passive to me. XG's play (14/9 11/7*) looked too loose. I tried to find a balance between return shots, blots, and follow-up and settled on 13/8 11/7*. In retrospect, the spare on the 8pt with an already made 2pt isn't so helpful. Had I noticed that over the board, perhaps I'd have found the right play.
Question: I'm on a newer/faster system than I was the last time I did rollouts. Are these rollout settings reasonable for most things, or should I be using something stronger?
