Though there are 23 shots - but 13 misses, & even if after the hit - white can enter & run away safely. If not hit - its at least immediate RD to 16 (!), & P, or depending on blue's roll & moves - white could play for gammon. Thats too costly for blue to lose in score so much from the first game.. A little bit not enough advantage in the position - to take this risk. I would roll, & if i hit -very strong & reasonable redouble might be if white enters with 1. For example 42.22/16* - 15.Bar/24, 6/1 (RDP), 12 or 13 - bar/24, 4/2 or 4/1 (very strong redouble & still takes), 16. Bar/18, & Blue can not redouble, 11. Bar/24, 4/3*(3), & Blue can not redouble.
