Depends on how you use it. I play a whole lot, and look for trends or themes in my play. So, if I see a series of 'goods', then I am making technical mistakes, if I see a series of 'blunder' then I am not understanding my positions. It does teach you to play like GNU 2ply, which is good, but not always technically correct. Just remember that.

Also, you are playing against humans, not bots (apart from the apes). Get your rating over 1600 to see better sizes of errors.

Personally, I find it makes me cube earlier (which I am fine with), and be more aggressive (also fine with). But then again, I'm not playing for real $'s just fake ones. Also, I am doing not too bad in terms of overall error rate. My dreams of sub 2 are feeling somewhat dashed, but my new goal seems attainable.
