Early game double 3's

I think Blue is supposed to react to White's successful escape with one of her back checkers. Thus, 13/10(2) is my choice for the first two 3's. It becomes then more difficult. 24/21(2) is solid and well-balanced (contender). 6/3(2) is very aggressive which might be appropriate at this score (4a3a), but it results in a too-many-points position at an early stage of the game. I'm a bit reluctant to play this move. It appears to be an overreaction to some extent. Assembling a 4pt-prime with 10/7(2) is the third option (contender). This prime already consists of 10 checkers, and is a smart asset.
24/21(2) 13/10(2) is more defensive than 13/7(2). At 4away-3away Blue needs more initiative, therefore, I'd play 13/7(2)
