That would indicate that at the end of say an 11-point match with 22 minutes total bank time you would normally have 20 minutes or more left on your clock. Very impressive. I doubt that this is atypical of most players though.
Picking up on the excellent points made in comments in the various threads I will revise the draft accordingly. I think ideally all additional communications required by the opponent (where the player has no monitor) should be made in the player's clock time. Also, I think it would be appropriate to add six seconds delay time to both clocks where there is no monitor.
Not all blind players are able to have full time monitors when they play. Surely some reasonable compromise is appropriate in such cases. If the opponent is so worried by the potential effect on his PR by playing in such circumstances then it could be agreed before the match that the PR of the Opponent will NEVER be measured or credited regardless of the outcome.
