In Response To: Good Practice Provisions for Blind or Visually Impaired Players (Rick Janowski)

Six seconds extra delay sounds like too much, even without a monitor. I don't think the opponent (of the blind player) needs this. Your original appraisal sounds good (3 sec).

Also, I'm not sure about giving the opponent the opt out on having the match count towards their PR. PR is a measure of one's standard against ALL players that randomly come our way, and that may include disabled ones who require special playing conditions.
