I think we need a non-committing move in this position in order to focus on escaping with the last back checker. Thus, 13/8 13/11 seems to be much too loose and committing.
I like both 13/6 and 13/8 24/22. Yet, the latter play gives a nicer checker distribution, and is more flexible than the former one. Let's prepare to escape:

13/8 24/22
