XGR+ v XGR++ Backgame Recube

This is the sort of containment position that XG doesn't play well. Even a 3-ply/XGR rollout is suspect IMO.

Of course in real life, if XG doesn't know how to play this position, is your opponent going to play it well? I'd take this for sure.
