This looks vaguely familiar. Blue has 12 rolls every turn (until he has to break the 8- or 7-point) to get off the 11-point. After that he's in very good shape (but not gin, particularly if he's used up a lot of spares).

I think it's a pass and the book it came out of (Dwek?) says "take".
