Ok. That wasn't clear. But if true, it means the opening-roll-winning player can never play doubles, and the other player can play successive doubles at will. For instance, an opening roll of 65 might play out something like this.

61 (forced)

11

12 (forced)

22

etc.

This is a pretty boring win for the second player.
