I'm just saying that I don't think your logical inference that

(believes dice are rigged) => (won't use insurance system)

is watertight. This is especially true if you're going to use the "wildly irrational" argument. If someone is wildly irrational, can you really predict with 100% certainty that they won't use the insurance system?

In any case, it doesn't really matter if the strong conspiracy theorists use the feature, as long as some people use the feature, and as long as there isn't some side effect that causes the site to lose money overall.
