Thanks for posting this. My backgame defense (or whatever you want to call it) needs a lot of work.

I like Stick's idea of getting the back checkers going while opp is still on the bar. Thus, 24/18 9/7.

But I'd also like to take this opportunity to make our barpoint while opp is on the bar and has no board. So, what if we leave blots all over? (I assume we want our barpoint, right?)

OTB, I'd probably play 24/18 9/7, without much confidence.
