How to make money off people who claim the dice are rigged

The word "rigged" in the subject header of the original post only shows that Chow had "rigged" in mind from the beginning but doesn't negate my observation that he slyly switches from "bad rolls" to "rigged rolls".
What you don't seem to get is that "bad rolls" and "rigged rolls" are not same or synonymous.
"Bad rolls" can happen both if the dice is rigged or not, and a person need not be a conspiracy theorist to buy insurance against "bad rolls".
"Rigged rolls" however can only happen if the dice is rigged or believed to be so by a conspiracy theorist but then he would never trust that the insurer would ever pay either (by re-rigging the dice on the fly).
This is what stick was pointing out but I thought he was being sarcastic and so I included him in the herd also :)
BTW: re-rigging the dice to avoid paying out the insurance amount can mean that buying insurance against a worst roll served its purpose by the insured receiving a next to worst roll, which may or may not result in a gain more than the premium he paid...
Also, have you noticed Chow's anticipating to make money by offering 35 to 1 odds? He said: "I can pay (say) $100 insurance, and get back—oh, I don't know, something less than $3600, perhaps $3500—if I do roll 66" :)) Is the Prof growing senile?? :(
