What is the percentage for a gammon before the game starts?

I have remarkably little ambition but I will give it a try...

Note: Not Gammon Rate but rather the initial estimate of gammons by XG prior to the first roll (XG 1.21 - my regular laptop is borked and I'm on a brick), Opening Book 3.7)

Assumptions: Best play is made. For Money. With Jacoby. Live Cube Includes BG's
