It seems to me that most plausible sets of assumptions lead to a take.

If you think that you play 4PR and your opponent plays 7PR, where exactly do you think the errors are going to come from in the remainder of the match? If your opponent isn't going to blunder here then 7PR sounds like an overestimate of the PR and you should be using a different MET.
