I wouldn't have passed there in a million years. Blue has some mega anti-jokers. The odds of Blue getting enough men over the 5 prime to close white out without him anchoring and then escape the others before crushing must be stratospheric. Some people only see demons when faced with the cube though.

I probably wouldn't have beavered OTB, although I can certainly see why you considered it and it could even be right.
