I understand, however the sentences that their work is attached to in many cases is unconscionable. Ergo my question stands.

I have no issues with criminals civil, or criminal offenses being tried by courts, etc. My issue with the CJ system in America is the for profit system and the excessively long sentences the convicted get in many cases.

Bgo isn't the place to have a moral debate,

Circumstantial capital murder cases are difficult to prove, this case looks to be that way.

Ok I'm done, I have BG to study, I'm not a law student.
