Puzzle 1.

Let's start with an easy one. I am looking for a perfectly played, 3-move sequence that leads to the position below. Blue is on roll. The cube is centered.

White is Player 2

pip: 147
score: 0

Blue is Player 1
XGID=aB-B-aC-A---dE---d-e----B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:0:0:10
Blue on roll, cube action?

Puzzle 2.

Find a perfectly played, 5-move sequence leading to this position. Blue is on roll. The cube is centered.

White is Player 2

pip: 142

Blue is Player 1
XGID=aB-B-aC-B---dD---d-e----B-:0:0:1:00:0:0:0:0:10
Blue on roll, cube action?

Puzzle 3. Challenge Problem

Find a perfectly played sequence that leads to the position below. Blue is on roll. The cube is centered.

This is a difficult problem that may be too hard for beginners. My solution has 9 moves, but any number of moves is acceptable. The biggest problem is keeping the cube centered. Attempting to solve this will give you many insights on checker play and cube actions in a blitz.

White is Player 2

pip: 139
score: 0

Blue is Player 1

Blue on roll, cube action?
