Good insight, good questions Robert! The small number of people that have done a tremendous amount of work in the last couple of years should go down in the Backgammon Hall of Fame.

In reality, what is needed to reach some of these goals is a large number of people doing just a little amount of work each. And of course, like Stick says, funding, which is the hardest part.
